We've had this scraggly skinny feral cat hang out at our house for years. He was always terrified of us and never wanted anything but food from us. I had tamed Ariel and Salt's momma years ago and she recently about 3 months ago disappeared. I think she died as she wasn't feeling too well. Anyway she always made sure the scraggly cat ate. She would beg for food and not eat lol
Well since momma cat has disappeared I wasn't planning on feeding the scraggly cat too frequently as we are hoping to one day move and obviously we can't take a feral cat with us. I was hoping he'd go to our neighbor who loves cats to get fed. About a month or so after momma disappeared mister scraggly cat decided he would try to be friendly and loving in order to get food. Well I can't resist a cute of even a pitiful cat and gave him his first itchies and well he LOVED it so much that he comes running EVERYTIME we go outside and rub up against our legs and beg for itchies. I had no plans of naming mister scraggly cat but one day it popped into my head he kinda reminds me of Captain Jack Sparrow from the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. You know Jack is a scrappy looking but there's just something about him ;) Well Captain Jack is like this. He's got really pretty light green eyes and probably would be a pretty cat with a little weight on him.

Oliver
Oliver is the newest edition to our family. Last September I was petting a Salt and Ariel's momma outside and I looked up and saw the most beautiful cat. I got up and he acted like he was going to run but I called him and he came right up to me. He's the not only got the most beautiful blue-green eyes...eye's I've never seen on a cat before he's also the sweetest cat we've got. A true love bug!
After that first meeting he decided WE where is family. Our screen doors screen needs a bit of work so he would jump through them to get in the house. There was no keeping him out of here...not that I was too mad at that. He's a welcome addition to our cat family and he finishes out our kitties. Well that was the plan...

Torrie
Torrie is our mean little torbie. Her mom was a sweet black kitty that showed up at our house one day. I had thought she belonged to a neighbor across the street but it turned out she was probably abandoned. Unfortunately was killed by a dog when Torrie and her brother was only a few weeks old. Torrie and her brother were born underneath a shed at a convent that is right behind our house.
I was concerned for them after their mom died but didn't have a clue where she had them. Well my husband was out near our garage and heard a tiny kitten with BIG lungs mewing at the top of her lungs. He told he and it was already late at night and we couldn't just go over to the convent to get the kitten. The next day we go over there and the convents care taker had found Torrie already and I had also heard a faint mew which was Torrie's little brother. We found him too.

One of my mom's cats had just had kittens so I took her and her brother over there to be nursed and cleaned by Tippy. She took to them pretty well but neither really took to her. She was just a meal ;) Every time I would go to my mom's to see them little Torrie would go running around the corner when she heard my voice. I didn't plan on keeping her in fact I REALLY wanted to keep her brother. He is an adorable tuxedo cat but she worked her way into my heart. Unfortunately she didn't stay a sweet kitten and VERY much has the Tortietude but she has her sweet moments.
The little tuxedo kitten went to live with our neighbor who loves him dearly. Here's a picture of him when he was a kitten.
